“The Cut” narrates a story that took place during the Armenian Genocide in 1915. The lead character Nazaret Manoogian loses his family and years later he finds out that his twin daughters might have survived. The father sets out in searches of his daughters.
“The cut”, which had a budget of 15.5 million Euros and a duration of 138 minutes, was shot in Jordan, Germany, Cuba and Malta. State Commission on Coordination of Events for Commemoration of 100th Anniversary of Armenian Genocide also had its financial contribution in the creation of this drama.
