"SHARM Holding" company was established in 1991 and currently holds a leading position in the area of advertising and show business in Armenia. The Holding incorporates advertising agency, production agency and the production center, which deals with realization of so-called "special" projects.

We specialize in production and distribution of commercials, creation of brand new and original TV and radio projects, organization of concerts, PR campaigns, presentations and much more. The company has succeeded in creation of a brand new TV channel and a radio station, conceptual rebranding of large-scale companies, production of documentaries, feature and animation films, production and implementation of theatre projects, publishing of magazines and catalogues and much, much more.

Advertising Media Department

The Media Department of Sharm Holding is a fully specialized media agency. It has been the official partner of OMD OM Group in Armenia since 2005.

Being a full-cycle media agency we provide all-inclusive services, from strategic planning and market insights to the analysis of the attained results, future perspectives, campaign analysis and its possible implementation in the business.


Our services cover the following:

• Development of integrated communication strategies and evaluation of promotional campaigns

• Media market analysis, evaluation of the users’ media preferences and promotional activities of the competing companies, strategic and tactical media planning

• Negotiations with promotion providers, development of optimal contracts for sales of promotional platforms from a number of various media outlets advertising media.
